First, I’d like to say…writing these “about me” and bios makes me uncomfy, I have no idea why. Anyway, for years, I have lived in survival mode, navigating the weight of childhood adversity, misdiagnosis, and chronic illness. It wasn’t until I put my story into words—raw, unfiltered, and unapologetic—that I started to realize the power of owning my narrative. Writing this my memoir wasn’t just about sharing my past; it was about breaking free from it.
Beyond my writing, I’m a mother, an advocate for trauma survivors, and a firm believer in the idea that healing isn’t about erasing the past—it’s about learning to thrive despite it. My goal is to create a space where survivors feel seen, where storytelling becomes a tool for connection, and where people are reminded that they are never alone in their struggles.
When I’m not working on my future fantasy series, you can find me lost in mythology, researching ancient history, and planning my next adventure—because life is too short not to chase the things that set your soul on fire.
If you’re here, know that your story matters. I hope my journey inspires you to embrace your own, no matter how messy or complicated it may be.
